Description
Wave Armor Power Launch Assist for Pro 8, Pro 220 and Pro 170 Boat Ports
The Wave Armor Power Launch Assist adds remote launch help for heavier boats on Wave Armor boat ports. Instead of pushing a heavy boat off by hand, the system helps launch the boat with a remote, then returns automatically for the next docking.
The system is 12V battery powered, so no AC power is needed at the dock. The battery is sold separately. T-Plate options of 7 inches and 12 inches are available, and MacDuff confirms the correct T-Plate and fit during the free estimate. It can be added to new ports or to qualifying existing ports.

Why It Fits Florida Saltwater and Sun
Southwest Florida docks deal with saltwater, strong sun, and water that changes with tide and season. A floating boat port moves with the water, and a powered launch assist makes leaving the dock easier when a heavier boat sits high and dry. MacDuff installs Wave Armor systems for waterfront homes across Cape Coral, Fort Myers, and the wider Southwest Florida coast, in Lee, Charlotte, Sarasota, Collier, DeSoto, and Polk counties.
See the ports it works with on our Pro 8 Boat Port page, and read our guide to the benefits of Wave Armor jet ski docks for how floating ports work in Florida water.
Mounting and Compatibility, Checked by MacDuff
This assist is made for Pro 8, Pro 220, and Pro 170 boat ports. Fit depends on the port model, the boat weight, and the T-Plate size. MacDuff checks the 7 inch and 12 inch T-Plate options during the site review, then states the plate, battery scope, and install details on the written quote. Tell us your port model and boat year, make, and model when you ask for an estimate.
How MacDuff Installs It in Southwest Florida
Every project starts with a free on-site estimate. We review the property and shoreline, talk through product options, explain the permit path, and then provide a written quote. We install across Lee County waterfront homes like yours, and that local experience goes into how the system is fitted for your canal, river, or lake.
No dock should be sold as hurricane proof, and we will not sell it that way. We will talk honestly about storm preparation, anchoring, and what can be moved or secured before severe weather.

Will it fit my boat port?
It is made for Pro 8, Pro 220, and Pro 170 boat ports, with T-Plate options of 7 inches and 12 inches. It can be added to new ports or to qualifying existing ports. MacDuff checks your port model on site before quoting.
How do I get a price for a Power Launch Assist installed?
Call or text (239) 872-4300, or request a free estimate. MacDuff does not publish installed prices because the total depends on the port, plate, boat, and site access. Your written quote will state the equipment and install scope clearly.
